Cecelia C. Hill named Owner at Beason & Nalley, Inc.

Cecelia C. Hill, CPA, MTA, Owner, Beason & NalleyBeason & Nalley, Inc. officially announces that Cecilia C. Hill has been promoted to the position of Owner. Ms. Hill joined Beason & Nalley in 1990. She specializes in business taxation and has extensive experience in corporate, partnership, trust and estates, and not-for-profit taxation. Her industry experience includes government contracting, real estate development, medical and professional groups, retail and wholesale businesses, farming, manufacturers and not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Hill has worked extensively on employee incentive plans, specifically for our government contractors, and has assisted with several mergers and acquisitions, helping our clients to achieve the most advantageous financial outcome. Ms. Hill also manages our cost segregation practice.

Ms. Hill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants, Women in Defense, The National Defense Industrial Association, and is a Board Member of the Kids to Love Foundation.
